A mesmerizing journey to Mahabalipuram was conducted by ‘Heritage Studies’ learners of SEC – Saveetha Engineering College (Autonomous) on March 16th 2024. Mahabalipuram, UNESCO World Heritage Site, where history and spirituality converge in stone.
It was the discovery of the ancient city’s breathtaking art and sculptures, where each stone narrates tales of valour, devotion, and craftsmanship. Guest speaker Mr. Rangarathinam Gopu, a Historian & Science Writer, narrates Mahabalipuram’s rich cultural heritage, encapsulated in its magnificent carvings which offer a timeless glimpse into India’s glorious past.
