The Guest Lecture “From Concept to Creation – An Overall View about Bridges” is designed to give Civil Engineering students a practical understanding of how bridge projects are developed from an initial idea into a completed infrastructure structure. The resource person for the event was Er. Sai Sudhir Baskar, Senior Engineering Manager (Civil), Engineering Design & Research Centre (EDRC), Heavy Civil Infrastructure IC, L & T Construction Limited. The event focuses on connecting classroom knowledge with real-world engineering practices involved in bridge planning, design, construction, safety, and project execution. It helped the students appreciate the importance of engineering design, structural planning,  construction practices, coordination, safety, and quality in the successful creation of bridges.
