The alumni talk titled ‘BEYOND GRADUATION The Real World of Civil Engineering’ was
conducted on 23.5.2026. Mr. Jijendraprasaath. S. B, J&F India Designation: Design engineer (BIM Structures) was the guest for the session. The programme is designed to provide students with a broader perspective on the professional world and to help them understand the transition from academic learning to industrial practice. In today’s rapidly developing infrastructure and construction sector, civil engineers are expected not only to possess strong technical knowledge but also practical skills, communication abilities, adaptability, and professional ethics. The programme aims to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts taught in classrooms and their practical implementation in industry. Through this session, students will be motivated to improve their technical competencies, develop industry-oriented skills, and confidently prepare themselves for successful professional careers in the field of Civil Engineering.
