The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, along with the IQAC, organised a seminar on “The Future of Coding with Generative AI: Vibe Coding and Agentic AI Workflows” on 23rd May 2026 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon, as part of the 25 Years of Excellence celebrations of Saveetha Engineering College. The resource person, Dr. S. Prabakeran, Associate Professor, School of Computing, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, spoke on how generative AI is reshaping software development through vibe coding and agentic workflows.
